(File PLAN 23 23 145149), be received; and, That the Temporary Zoning By-law Amendment application for 196 and 19, submitted by submitted by Deborah and Robert Tiberio. (File PLAN 23 23 145149), be approved and the implementing Temporary Zoning By-law Amendment be finalized and adopted without further notice; and further, That staff be authorized and directed to do all things necessary to give effect to this resolution.
