That the report titled “PUBLIC MEETING INFORMATION REPORT, City initiated official plan and zoning by-law amendments to permit up to three additional residential units (up to four residential units total) where zoning permits single detached, semi-detached or row house dwelling units (with some exceptions)”, be received; and, That written submission by David McBeth, Chris Zadel, Julie Wong, and Shane Lyle, and Krystal Wong and Michael Naumko be received. That the deputations by Neetu Gupta, Doug Denby, Andrew Dang, Evelin Ellison, Elizabeth Brown, Kevin Finn, Brenda Bernett, John Isaac, Ashia Ansari, be received; and, That Staff be authorized and directed to do all things necessary to give effect to this resolution.
