That the presentation entitled "Markham Parkland Acquisition Study Development Services Committee Workshop" be received; That the Development Services Committee supports Option 1 and that staff and the consultant be directed to further examine the impacts of Option 1 relative to all City development applications including equity for high-rise and apartment type units; and, That staff report back with a recommendation report at a future Development Services; and further, That staff be authorized and directed to do all things necessary to give effect to this resolution.
