That the written submission by Abdurrahman Huseyin be received; and, That the report entitled “PUBLIC MEETING INFORMATION REPORT, Application for an Official Plan Amendment submitted by 4716 Elgin Mills Road Ltd and Lexian Estate Homes Ltd., to permit future residential development at 4716 Elgin Mills Road and the abutting lot to the east (Ward 6), File No. PLAN 26 109794”, File No. PLAN 26 109794, be received; and, That the Record of the Public Meeting held on June 16, 2026, with respect to the proposed Official Plan Amendment application, submitted by 4716 Elgin Mills Road Ltd and Lexian Estate Homes Ltd., File No. PLAN 26 109794, be received; and, That the application submitted by 4716 Elgin Mills Road Ltd and Lexian Estate Homes Ltd. for a proposed Official Plan Amendment (PLAN 26 109794) be approved and the draft implementing Official Plan Amendment be finalized and enacted without further notice at a future Council meeting ; and further, That Staff be authorized and directed to do all things necessary to give effect to this resolution.
