1) That the memo entitled "Markham Cycling Day as a Corporate Event" be received; and, 2) CPAC approves the recommendations in the memo to transition Markham Cycling Day to Corporate Event status; and, 3) Funding of $10,000 from the 2016 approved CPAC budget (Account #083-6900- 16039-005) be allocated for the 2016 Markham Cycling Day event; and, 4) CPAC's recommendation on this matter shall be brought forth at a Council meeting for final approval.
