That the report titled “RECOMMENDATION REPORT Rhenish Church of Canada Application for Site Plan Approval to permit a place of worship at 2667 Bur Oak Avenue in the Cornell Community SC 06 109903”, dated May 15, 2007, be received; And that the Site Plan application (SC 06 109903) submitted by the Rhenish Church of Canada be endorsed in principle, subject to the general and specific conditions outlined in Appendix ‘A’.
