That the June 14, 2022, Unionville Sub-Committee Minutes, be approved as presented.

That the Unionville Sub-Committee approve the following additional scope to the Main Street Unionville Project:  Extension of Streetscaping on Road and Boulevard on Main Street North of Carlton Road to the Rouge River Bridge - add a provision in the tender document to allow this to be included for project if budget permits.  Remove and Replace Three Streetlights with Heritage Type on Carlton Road, East of Main Street - add a provision in the tender document to allow this item to be included in the project if budget permits;  Businesses Monitoring Data – Consider partnering with the UBIA for cost share of this item - add a provision in the tender document to allow this item to be included in the project if budget permits;  Removal and Replacement of Trees and Boulevard Works, including structural soils and stone pavers on the boulevard – Cost $41K  Top of Stairs (City Lands) – include concrete base. Staff have asked the consultant to provide estimated cost for this item.  Victoria Avenue Paver Replacement – Further discussion on item required, including a discussion with property owner to pay for the cost of the paver replacement located on private property.  Pathway Connection to Rouge Valley Trail System & EV Charging – Cost $36K, staff to provide more information on the design cost as part of the staff report.  Victoria Avenue Flooding Remediation – Cost ($72K) – Funding from Stormwater Fee Reserve  Fred Varley Drive Streetlight Works – Cost ($46K) – Funding from L
