Whereas, detailed design of Elgin Mills road improvements, including AT facilities, will commence mid-2023; and Whereas, there is value in CPAC providing effective input into the detailed design. It is therefore recommended that: 1. The detailed design team hold meetings with CPAC representatives to ensure CPAC’s input is actively considered.
