That the minutes of the Cycling and Pedestrian Advisory Committee meeting held on December 2, 2010, be adopted.

That the Cycling and Pedestrian Advisory Committee fully endorse the Cycling, Pathway and Trails - 5 Year Implementation Program and the concept of the multi-use pathway from Toogood Pond through the Milne Dam Conservation Area to Bob Hunter Park; and, That the Cycling and Pedestrian Advisory Committee supports the Environmental Assessment process recently initiated.
